Smoothie Bowl

Uses: Freeze Dried Red Dragon Fruit + Freeze Dried Pineapple + Dried Mango Slices | Prep: 5–15 min | Serves: 1–4

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or smoothie of choice
  • 2 tbsp Hashtag Munch Freeze Dried Red Dragon Fruit, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Hashtag Munch Freeze Dried Pineapple, pieces
  • 3–4 Hashtag Munch Dried Mango Slices, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. Swirl crushed Hashtag Munch dragon fruit into yogurt or a thick smoothie base.
  2. Arrange pineapple pieces and mango ribbons on top; drizzle honey if you like.
  3. Spoon in the colours – glow like a sunrise!
